Well winter is now in full swing and while we in the Technical Recruitment Solutions offices huddle around our PCs for warmth, we are continuing to pick up speed with the job market returning to somewhere near its levels prior to the recession. And whereas 12 months ago many organisations had brought their recruitment in-house to save costs, we have seen a surge in them coming back to their preferred recruitment consultants because they are either too busy and/or recognise the need to search for candidates across all mediums – not just the predictable Seek.
